Cars & Coffee Postponement Notice

Unfortunately, after closely monitoring the weather forecast and conditions over the past week, I have made the difficult decision to postpone this Sunday’s Cars & Coffee event.

While we were hopeful that conditions would improve, the forecast remains uncertain, with significant rainfall expected over the coming days the venue grounds will remain soft and unsuitable for the type of event experience we strive to deliver by the weekend.

Custom Cars & Coffee has always been about providing the best possible Sunday automotive experience for our community. Unfortunately, the ground conditions and ever-changing weather forecast simply won't allow us to deliver the quality event that our volunteers ,exhibitors, vendors, and supporters deserve.

Also In fairness to our catering contractors, vendors, exhibitors, and everyone planning to attend, I believe sitting this one out is the most practical and responsible decision for all involved. With weather playing such a major role in the success of the event, proceeding under these conditions is simply not in everyone's best interests.

I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding. These decisions are never easy, but I'd rather postpone than compromise the experience we're known for.

We'll be back in three weeks' time for another crack!

We can't wait to see everyone there and hopefully enjoy a much drier morning with plenty of great cars, coffee, and conversation.
