The Shamrock Haulage RD Cup is back for the 2026 Lazer Rally of the Bay and offers a fantastic opportunity to experience the thrill of rallying without needing a fully prepared rally car.

Using the first four stages of the event, the RD Cup is a Rally Regularity competition that allows competitors in road-registered vehicles to tackle the same closed roads used by the main rally field.

Perfect for anyone looking to try gravel rallying for the first time, or for competitors wanting to step up from Khanacross and Rallysprints, the RD Cup is run using a roadbook only and focuses on consistency rather than outright speed.

The goal is simple: work together with your co-driver to match the target time set for each stage as closely as possible. The crew with the lowest penalty score at the end of the day takes home the honours.
