FORMULA 500S RETURN FOR WA STATE TITLE!

When the Formula 500s last raced at Albany Speedway in November, fans witnessed one exciting night of racing as the F500’s rolled into Attwell Park.

Cody Turacchio continued his incredible run of form, extending his winning streak with a dominant drive in the 25-lap feature race. Brendon Marshman and Glenn Carstairs rounded out the podium after a hard-fought battle, while reigning WA Champion Rhys Cumming charged through the field to finish inside the top five.

The night had plenty of drama too, with heavy hits, mechanical issues and intense racing throughout the heats and feature.

Now the stage is set for an even bigger showdown as the Formula 500’s WA State Title hits Albany Speedway on April 4 & 5. Expect the state’s best drivers to battle it out across two huge nights of racing for WA #1.
