Sydney Dragway have been monitoring the weather for the re-scheduled Round 7 NSW Championship Series on Friday, 12 December 2025.

After careful consideration and review of the weather pattern, there will be a very high chance of showers in the morning and afternoon that will make it very difficult to dry and prepare the race surface & braking area to complete round 7 of the NSW Championship series proudly supported by Credit One Equipment Finance.

As such Sydney Dragway have made the decision to cancel Round 7 - as per track regulations all competitors will receive 20 points for the event.

Pre-Registration that was originally scheduled for tonight at Western Sydney Speedway will not be going ahead. Pre-Registration for Round 8 will now take place in its normal location at the Sydney Dragway Scrutineering Shed from 5pm to 8pm on Friday, 12 December 2025.

Sydney Dragway will review the weather for Round 8 of the 2025 NSW Championship series proudly supported by Credit One Equipment Finance scheduled for Saturday, 13 December, and will make a decision on this event at 1:00pm Friday, 12 December.
